Puan Ain, the founder of ARFiR Bakery from Kepala Batas, Kedah, started her F&B business selling traditional desserts from scratch after losing her previous one during the pandemic. Inspired by her children, she persevered through financial struggles and tough competition with the support of her family. Through Axiata Foundation’s women entrepreneurship programme in collaboration with Women of Will (WOW), she learnt how to leverage social media to promote her products, opening new doors for her business. Her story reminds young women that every challenge is an opportunity to grow.
