Farahin Binti Mohamed Zin, is the Manager of Employee Experience at PWC Malaysia. Her love for management and culture started during her Bachelor of Commerce studies and grew through jobs in event management, social enterprises, and professional services. A proud alumna of Axiata Foundation’s Young CEO Development Programme (YCDP), Farahin refined her leadership skills and built meaningful connections, shaped by the invaluable experiences and opportunities the programme provided. Being the youngest woman in the room wasn’t always easy, but with guidance from women mentors, she found her voice.
