2022
Supports 692 Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) students at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Kedah
and University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) with financial assistance, as well giving them
access to leadership development classes through the School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP).
2023
At present, the programme has provided financial aid to 1400 students from Form 1 to Form 5 at MRSM
and Sekolah Berasrama Penuh (SBP) schools in the north, east and central regions of Peninsular
Malaysia. In the second phase of the programme, we will also offer leadership classes through SLDP
starting from around September to nurture the students’ leadership skills and potential.
Through this initiative, we hope to bridge the gap to education for students who would otherwise be left out due to financial constraints and other factors beyond their control, so that everyone has equal opportunities to pursue their education and unlock their potential.
