Cohort 1
As a research scientist, joining the ADLP programme was an eye-opening experience that pushed me beyond my field. I connected with talented individuals, explored design thinking, and took on the challenge of learning digital marketing—completely new to me. Late-night brainstorming on business cases tested my resilience, making this journey both challenging and incredibly rewarding.
Cohort 1
My experience with ADLP 2024 was one that would remain as a core-memory. The programme’s final bootcamp challenged us to create a business pitch for a local coffee outlet, and the teamwork and learning that came from it were incredible. We dove deep intoreal-world data and operations, and the result felt like we were building something truly special. I’m so grateful for the amazing connections I made and the valuable lessons I learned, thanks to the fantastic organizers and facilitators who made it all possible.
Cohort 1
I’m a startup founder working to pioneer tropical oyster farming commercially in ASEAN,starting in Malaysia. The ADLP for Youth programme was intense, but they provided everything we needed to develop a solution and justify it. Trust me, 48 hours of work time is never enough! It really pushed us to think critically under pressure.
Cohort 1

Through hands-on boot camps and real-world business challenges, I sharpened my leadership, problem-solving, and digital skills. More than just the wins, the biggest takeaway was the connections—being surrounded by passionate, driven individuals who pushed me to grow. This programme gave me the confidence to embrace challenges, think strategically, and make a real impact in the digital and sustainability space. Truly an unforgettable experience!
