Through all the simulations, I truly learned to think on my feet — to make quick, strategic decisions under pressure. The experience pushed me to collaborate effectively and engage with people from diverse backgrounds. ULDP has been instrumental in preparing me for the workforce, making the transition from the programme to the professional world feel smooth and natural.
Cohort 13
ULDP pushed me to challenge my mindset and realise that I’m capable of more than I thought. I discovered new strengths in everyday moment and grew in ways I didn’t expect. Regardless of your academic background, ULDP is the ultimate preparation for both the workforce and life’s challenges. Surrounded by a supportive community, I gained the skills and confidence to thrive.
