Azran is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Naluri Hidup Sdn Bhd.
He was the Group Chief Operating Officer of iflix Sdn Bhd from 2015 to 2017. Prior to iflix Sdn Bhd, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Airasia X Berhad, a position he held from 2007 until 2015.
Before joining Airasia X Berhad, Azran was the Senior Director Business Development of Astro All Asia Network plc from 2004 to 2007 and Senior Vice President and Head, Business Transformation Office of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange/Bursa Malaysia Berhad from 2002 to 2003. His other experiences included as Associate Partner, Asian Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice of McKinsey & Company and the Associate of Booz Allen & Hamilton from 1995 to 2000.
Azran is also a Director and Member of the Investment Committee of Astute Fund Management Berhad, Chairman of MoneyMatch Sdn Bhd and Member of the Industry Advisory Board of International Medical University and International Advisory Board of Sunway University Business School.
Previously, Azran was also the Non-Executive Commissioner of PT XL Axiata TBK (Indonesia), Director of the Malaysian Tourism Promotion (Tourism Malaysia), and Chair, Advisor Board, Asia Business Centre of Curtin Business School.
